IMPORTANT FIRST-USE ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS

– Please read this carefully before use. This step is NOT a product defect, but a normal battery protection feature.

– During shipping, the tablet’s battery may enter a low-power protection mode to conserve energy.

– If the device does not charge or turn on immediately upon receipt, please follow these steps to activate the battery:

1. Connect the tablet to a charger using the included USB cable.

2. Locate the small reset/activation hole on the side of the device.

3. Use a SIM eject tool (or a thin, pointed object like a paperclip) to gently press and hold the button inside the hole for 2-3 seconds.

4. Release the tool. The battery will now be activated, and the tablet will charge normally and turn on successfully.
